Our Story We can recall our love and respect for nature since childhood. Richard spent the summers at his grandparent's ranch, tending their horses, cattle, dogs and corn. And for me, it was magical to grab my mother's Kodak and photograph rolls of butterflies, flowers and trees.
In 2010, our collection started with bearded dragons, water newts, an iguana and our husky, Apollo. Since then, our world expanded when we discovered conferences, trade shows and an online community. The road trips to new destinations became memorable through the friendships along the journey.
Herpetoculture is a massive global network. The beautiful variety of colors reptiles display are refined every year by dedicated breeders. We love to research and share information with the community.
Nothing compares to the face-to-face interaction at our local reptile trade shows. During a show is where we welcomed our first crested gecko in 2011. My fondest memory is laughing as Ross, (our first gecko) unexpectedly jumped from my hands to Richie's hands.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who supports our passion. We're deeply humbled by the updates of our geckos living in their new homes. Your friendship and trust is forever cherished.
