We accept payments via PayPal (online sales) or Ca$h (personal pick-up.)
PayPal Requirement | the following information must be included in the "notes to seller" section:
- Animal's name or ID
- The amount sent
- "I have read and understand the terms and conditions"

Sales will not be made to minors under the age of 18. Please have your parent/guardian contact us.
To hold an animal(s), a 25% non-refundable deposit must be received within 24 hours of an inquiry/agreement towards your purchase.
· Totals under $100 (before shipping cost) are to be paid in full.
· 30 day payment plans are available for purchases over $100. The final payment is due by Midnight CST.
Failure to complete your payment within the agreed terms will result in your deposit being forfeited. The remaining money sent after the non-refundable deposit will be turned into store credit. There are no refunds or exchanges. All guarantees and any duty of care is only applicable to the original purchaser. Deposits, credit and guarantees are not transferable.

Responses to emails or social media messages are expected within 24 hours of inquires.
Keep in mind shipping windows can be short. Sometimes payment plans will not be accepted due to weather.
Animals will not be shipped or available for pick-up until the final payment is received and processed.
We guarantee live healthy animals for 7 days.
For animals that are shipped, an adult must be present for the first delivery attempt for the guarantee to be valid.
Do not let your box sit outside after delivery. These are temperature sensitive animals.
(NOTE: FedEx does not always ring the doorbell. Someone must watch for the arrival of the FedEx truck.)
If in the event that your animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival) or something is wrong with an animal you have received, we will reimburse the cost of the animal as in store credit once the following is completed:
1. Must contact within thirty minutes of delivery.
2. If there is not an adult to receive the package for the first delivery attempt, our live guarantee will be voided.
3. Photos (if your animal arrived dead) are required. Or proof from a veterinarian visit if your animal falls ill within
the 7 day grace period. Apollo's Geckos does not reimburse veterinarian charges.
Please do not dispose of the animal until you have our approval.
4. Animals should immediately be placed in quarantine for a minimum of 30 days. If possible, in a separate room from the rest of
your pets. New animals should be handled last, as well as when cleaning.
Not quarantining your new pet will result in a void of our health guarantee.
5. We do not guarantee health issues resulting from improper husbandry or accidents once all responsibilities
belong to the new owner.
Sometimes animals take several weeks to eat after being shipped. This is due to settling into their new home.
This does not qualify for a refund. However, we request that the buyer keeps close attention to their animal and keeps us updated with weight gain, husbandry, etc.
Rarely, tail loss may occur during shipping. Tail loss has no affect on the health of your animal nor breeding ability. Compensation will not be offered in the event of a dropped tail.
We guarantee that our photos are never enhanced or otherwise altered to distort the color of the animal being sold. Photos are taken in natural lighting without flash. We will not refund or replace an animal due to future color changes the animal may exhibit with age. Geckos will also display darker or lighter colors if they are stressed. Be aware that different screen display settings can create color discrepancies.
We do not guarantee the sex of your animal unless stated otherwise.
Common terms we use include: unsexed, probable, no pores seen, pores seen, proven, virgin, etc.
These are just our observations at the time the gecko is posted for sale.
Geckos are easier to distinguish their sex once 15 grams or larger.
Animal lineage is guaranteed to come from the parents listed, unless non-specified.
Virgin females can still lay eggs, but these eggs will not be fertile. Animals sold as proven have produced offspring.
Shipping is an additional fee calculated on a case to case basis, that can range from $40 - $85 depending on your location.
Included is Ship Your Reptiles Live Arrival Insurance for all shipments ($2.50 per $100 of total w/shipping) in the shipping price.
'Shipping Quotes' can be provided with your zip code, however prices may vary once finalized.
Animals are securely placed in individual sealed deli cups, inside a Styrofoam insulated box.
Scheduled overnight priority shipping is done through ShipYourRetpiles.com via FedEx.
Most deliveries are guaranteed from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
However, depending on how far you live from the main FedEx hub, deliveries can arrive as late as 6 p.m.
Ship Your Reptiles's contract only ships FedEx Priority Overnight, not FedEx Priority First Overnight. There is a difference. If you live in a rural area or quite a distance from your FedEx sorting hub, your package may arrive from the hours of 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. If temperature highs are over 85 degrees, we advise that you have your package held at your FedEx hub for personal pick-up.
Holding for pick-up at your local FedEx hub can be arranged, and is preferred.
It is expected that you are watching for FedEx to arrive, as FedEx drivers do not always ring the doorbells.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or issues.
To arrange your package to be held at your main FedEx hub, Google and call their telephone number and research the correct address of your nearest FedEx HUB that can hold LIVE animals for personal pick-up. It is the buyer's responsibility to specify their shipping arrangements and give us the correct address to put on your shipping label. You can pick up your animal as soon as the hub opens in the morning. It's that simple!
We reserve the right NOT to ship any animals if the temperatures are not safe at departure or arrival locations.
There is no additional charge if your gecko needs to be held after fully paid.
We can include heat or cold-packs at no extra cost.
If you wish to have animals exported to other countries, please have shipping arranged through your importer/exporter before inquiring for a purchase.
Our Live Guarantee is VOIDED when choosing to ship outside the continental 48 United States.

Example: We will quote your shipping fees via ShipYourReptiles, for your box to travel from our location to the company's designated receiving location in The United States. Then it is your responsibility to arranging and pay for international shipping charges via Dutch Dragon Imports.
Apollo's Geckos does not pre-arrange international shipments. It's the responsibility of the buyer to contact Dutch Dragon Imports and ask questions to get specific international shipping dates, as well as understand their procedure. We have worked with Dutch Dragon Imports and have had excellent experiences.

We appreciate if your purchase can be paid in full via PayPal before a pick-up.
However, if the buyer asks if they may pay the remaining total in person (after the initial 25% non-refundable deposit was placed via PayPal) you may do so in CA$H.

3.) On the occasion that the buyer cannot be present and asks if they may give someone else permission to pick up their purchase, make sure it is an individual you can trust!
Once the buyer lets us know who will be picking up their purchase, that person must contact us letting us know they are in agreement to pick up your purchase. Failure to do so will result in Apollo's Geckos declining the release of your animal.
